Membership in BACA is open to anyone interested in promoting the Arts throughout the Tri-Community areas of the City of Belleville, the Township of Sumpter and the Township of Van Buren. You needn't be an "artist" to join us. As you see by "Oxford's" definition, all that is required to be considered Art......is that it is "creative". Please, won't you join us as we strive to embrace all that is creative.....all that is Art?
