Located in the City on the banks of Belleville Lake, Horizon Park is a perfectly picturesque setting, where on Thursday afternoons and evenings during the month of August, The Belleville Area Council for the Arts hosts plein air artists.
This charming open air exercise allows patrons to enjoy the beauty of the lake while observing the artists at their labor and review the works that the artists offer for sale.
